Consistency is what golfers of all abilities strive for, the ability to hit a series of shots well. Firstly we need to understand that consistency is a function of the mind, then this gives us an insight into the where we need to apply the fix. Simple mental routines full of helpful thoughts are the key to consistency.
Routines for all your typical shots can be learned in 2 or 3 sessions. With more coaching and practise this can be moved on to quite an advanced stage.

Calm through relaxation is essential to maintaining a winning attitude. Remaining in control of your attitude is a key winning skills as it drives many other behaviours.
Through my coaching you will learn how to achieve and maintain calm.

First tee nerves are very normal and affect most golfers. The first couple of holes often set the tone for the rest of your round, so it is important to get off to a good start, building momentum early. So if you hate the first tee enough that it badly affects how your round starts then you need some help to reduce this effect.
You can learn how to arrive at the first tee ready to play well, through advanced practise and positive preparation. How to use nerves and momentum to help you.

Pressure is present in all sports and can be both a good or bad thing, it normally adds emotion and excitement to the situation. The feeling of elation when you overcome the pressure situation is awesome and this alone is sometimes the sole reason that many of us compete.
In golf, pressure is a feature of most players games and it can help or hinder our performance. How you react and cope with pressure is key to your ability to win.
Learning what it feels like, how it affects you and how to manage it will be a key part of your winning skills.

We all use practise to get better, but most golfers don't know how to practise to improve their scores. Repetitive hitting of balls on a range or practise area helps but is slow to deliver. Golfers of all abilities use practise to develop their golf swing and ball striking, when to win we need it to deliver much more. Generally we miss an opportunity here to fast track our learning and use our practise to improve our scoring ability.
The advanced practise that I coach focuses your practise on your ability to score. You will learn how to swing the club and deliver results under pressure, which is when you need it most.
