The WINNING FORMULA is the range of performance and mental skills that you need to win at golf. They are:
My Winning skills
programme will help you develop all the skills that you require.

Success requires an attitude built on skills that make winning a probability, keeping calm, focussed and in control. Doing the simple things well, even under severe pressure and not allowing destructive thoughts and habits to destroy your performance. When it exists you need to replace your negative attitude with positive habits that consistently put you in a position to win.
Developing these skills means adapting your practise, preparation and play to include the acquisition process, building belief in the skills. The changes needed are simple and very powerful and can make a huge improvement in your golf.
Many golfers believe that when you learned how to strike a ball well that you have all the skills that you need to win and to be a successful golfer, unfortunately this is not the whole story. It is easy to spot the winners at any level, as normally it is there approach that sets them apart.
After many years on the European tour and Seniors tour Carl Mason said It has taken me along time to realise that, winning is about not losing
which may seem very obvious. My interpretation is that he now has an awareness of the things that make him lose and learned to replace then with positive habits that help him stay in control, manage his anxiety and accept what happens. Carl is now one of the most successful players on the Seniors tour.
With my coaching programme you can learn those same lessons without waiting many years.

Confidence is a key skill for winning at golf, as there is no success without confidence, it is often talked about but very poorly understood. Yet with coaching and practise it can be learned and used to very good effect on the golf course. Like any skill it takes time and practise to develop.
For many golfers confidence is a fleeting experience as it is often directly related to results. When confidence is results dependant success can be a very long wait. Confidence has to be the precursor to good results. To bring more confidence into your game we will need at least 2 or 3 sessions covering your practise, preparation and play to improve this to a winning level.
Always remember, to play well, you have to feel good.
